Hillside Homes is a locally owned custom home builder based in Fayetteville, serving Northwest Arkansas with owner-run projects and direct communication.
Our office is at 745 E Joyce Blvd in Fayetteville. If you are planning a custom home in Fayetteville or nearby, you work directly with the owners — not a third-party project manager — on a focused schedule of 4–6 projects at a time.
We serve Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville, and surrounding Northwest Arkansas communities including Elm Springs, Bella Vista, Cave Springs, Lowell, and Goshen. Have a lot somewhere else in NWA? Reach out and we will talk it through.
