Locally owned. Owner-run. Direct communication on every custom home we build in Northwest Arkansas.
Hillside Homes LLC is a locally owned custom home builder in Northwest Arkansas. We are owner-run, keep our workload to 4–6 projects at a time, and stay in direct communication with every client from the first call to move-in.
Unlike larger production builders, you work directly with us. We do not hire third-party project managers. The owners double as your project managers so we can be involved at every job site and keep communication clear.
Without compromising quality, we are one of the fastest custom home builders in Northwest Arkansas. We build all styles of homes, and our goal is to partner with you on a high-quality home you will enjoy for years to come.
